Reservation process and timeline (Nationwide Relay)

1. RESERVATION

• You complete the online reservation form, by clicking on the 'sign up here' button
  
• We call you to acknowledge your reservation and explain the process
  

2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

• We invoice you for entry fees and sledge hire
  
• You complete the registration form and make payment
• We will confirm your place in the Sledge Pull. This will include approximate dates and timings for your participation in the event 
  
• We will undertake to deliver your practice sledge (if you want one) at the first opportunity

3. TEAM SELECTION, TRAINING AND FUNDRAISING

• Recruit / identify your teams 
  
• Start your team training and fundraising

4. DETAILS FOR THE EVENT IN SEPTEMBER

• We will confirm the exact route and timings of your sledge pull and the timings in June / July / August
  
• You will be able to view the risk assessment and road safety management document in July. 
• You will be required to sign off this document at the very beginning of September.
